1. How are my designs delivered? TOP
We now have the Instant Download feature available for embroidery design purchases. You should be taken to a download page after payment and receive the links in an email. If you have any problems with this feature please let us know about it. We like to keep on top of any problems or glitches. Be sure your email is set up to receive email in HTML format because otherwise the email that you will receive with the link will not show the link correctly! You will not be able to click the link to download if you are not receiving HTML formatted emails. Also, The download links expire in 24 hours so please download right away.
The CD is an additional $6.00 (if you choose that option) will be mailed out within 48 hours, but remember to allow extra time for the Post Office, UPS or International carrier to deliver your goods. 2. What design formats are available? TOP
Designs are available in art, dst, exp, hus, jef, pcs, pes, sew, vip, xxx, shv via instant download. We do have many other formats to convert to if your needs cannot be met with these formats. Contact us for more information on other format conversions. You will receive all of the above named formats in your download link in case you ever change machine brands and need a new format...this way you will already have it! 3. Do I have the option of obtaining my purchased designs on a CD? TOP
Should you opt to have your designs sent to you on a CD, there will be a $6.00 fee. This optional purchase can be added to the shopping cart during the ordering process. Just click the button for the optional CD. This additional cost will cover the cost of CD’s, the time to transfer designs to CD, labeling CD, & packaging and shipping CD. If you order more than one design set in a single transaction, we are willing to put the multiple sets on one CD and just charge one fee of $6.00 for that single transaction. It all has to be done in one transaction for this discount. 4. Can I use your designs as stock designs for my embroidery business? TOP
Yes, these designs may be used as stock designs for your embroidery business. You may stitch them out on finished items for sale. The designs may not be mass produced without prior written consent and contract from Punchwork Studio. Please see our terms of use. Any questions at all about the use of the designs please contact us first for clarification. 5. Where are the FREE DESIGNS? TOP
Please see the link on the bottom of this page for our Punchwork Studio YAHOO GROUP to subscribe using your email address. Once your Free membership is set up in the yahoo group, you will be able to download the links to the free design files. We email our customers from the yahoo group on a periodic basis to inform them of the most recent free designs, and most recent collection releases. We do not spam our customers. Email updates will only be emailed out through our yahoo group to members. We do not share your information, nor sell it to anyone. Our emails go out when there are new product releases and you may unsubscribe at any time. Please consider joining. The volume of posts to this group is very LOW so you will not get daily floods of emails. 6. What is your refund policy? TOP
Due to the electronic nature of embroidery designs, refunds cannot be offered. If you receive a corrupt email file, or a corrupt CD, please email us and inform us of the problem. We will gladly exchange it for the exact item upon receiving the original corrupt CD back in our office for inspection. Shipping for the return of the corrupt CD is at the customer’s expense. Shipping of the replacement CD is also at the customer’s expense.
Due to the custom nature of the personalized embroidery items refunds/exchanges cannot be made. Please check all spelling for names and monograms before placing the order to ensure it is correct. If we make a spelling error we will fix it at our cost, however, if you have made the error we cannot offer a refund/exchange. 7. What is your privacy policy? TOP
Simple...we keep your information private. Any essential information that is part of the transaction does not get shared nor sold to any other person nor business. Your payment information is not stored by us. Your name, address, phone number, email is never given away. We will only send periodic updates of new releases and new product announces via our Yahoo Group and you can unsubscribe from that group at any time. |
