Please follow washing and care label instructions as Punchwork Studio is not responsible for any items after they have been either hand or machine laundered no matter what washing and drying settings are used. We digitize for various fabrics and if you are in doubt if one of our designs will work on a particular fabric please test sew the design and ask us as well.  If we are doing custom work for you, we will do the test sew.  Please also understand that everyone uses different detergents and softeners and has their washers and dryers set to different temperatures and settings and we cannot be held responsible for how items are laundered and how it affects embroidered items. All items that we sell can be washed in the washing machine and dried in the dryer, however, as a general guideline, we do not recommend using chlorine bleach on embroidered items as it may cause the thread colors to fade on the embroidery design. We do not recommend hot water in the washer nor high heat in the dryer as this may cause thread or fabric shrinkage resulting in puckering of the fabric and embroidery design. For best results lay flat to dry. Please take into consideration that clothing may shrink in hot water or in the dryer so please order a size that you are certain will fit after washing and drying. If you need guidelines on measuring yourself or another, please email us and we can send you a chart.  We are not responsible for items that do not fit as they are custom embroidered and cannot be returned nor refunded. Of course your laundry is your business, these are just some guidelines. By placing an order with Punchwork Studio (via phone, fax, email, in person, or website ordering platform) you agree to this disclaimer and will not hold Punchwork Studio and its employees responsible for garments after laundering nor for garments that do not fit due to incorrect size ordering. You also agree that Punchwork Studio is not responsible for items after accepted by the customer. All Personalized, embroidered items are non-refundable unless there is an error on our part in which we will either refund or replace the item at our discretion.  So, please be sure to double check all of your spelling, size and color selections prior to processing payment.  Once submitted, orders are immediately put on the production run and are not able to be changed. Please allow 2-4 weeks for shipping of your order.  Many times your order will be shipped in a matter of a few days, however, we allow the 2-4 weeks for peak times, holidays, and large orders. We will email you when your item has shipped.  Please be sure to order early during Holidays.  We will post a cut off date for Christmas orders sometime in the early Fall of each year.
