Terms of Use on Embroidery Designs Digitized by Punchwork Studio:

The purchase of the embroidery designs digitized by Punchwork Studio is actually a purchase of the license to use the embroidery designs.  You do not physically own the designs, you own the rights to use them according to this Terms of Use Statement.  The license to use the designs does not allow for duplication, copying, sharing, transferring, emailing, burning to cd/dvd or any other media format, reselling, redistributing in any form.  It also does not allow for changing the designs and then claiming them as your own.  Changing the designs (except to resize to fit your needs, or to use different color thread), duplicating, reselling (includes but not limited to auctions, online, craft shows, etc), loaning, transferring, and sharing in anyway - including free designs) is a direct violation of Copyright Laws specifically Title 17 U.S.C., et seq.

Punchwork Studio is allowing the purchaser of the license to use the designs to embroider these designs on finished items for sale.  At this time there are no limits on how many items for sale you can stitch these designs on AS LONG AS they are not massed produced and are not sold via any third party interaction . In other words, you the owner of the license must be the one to stitch out the designs on finished items for sale and deliver the finished product to your customer yourself, no third party, no distributors.  No other permission is allowed, written, nor implied.

All designs are digitized in PES and are tested in house before release for sale.  Punchwork Studio will not be held liable for any damages or losses incurred as a result of using these designs, or as a result of resizing and editing.

The copyright to the artwork used for these designs belong to the original artists which are indicated on the page of the design and again in the Our Friends Links section of the website. The copyright to the digitized design files belong to the digitizer/Punchwork Studio.
